You've asked and we've delivered! You can download a template CSV file that will contain all the required and optional headers to place a call via CSV upload. The template displays the inputs in alphabetical order, but you may use whatever order you'd like.
The template can be found by clicking a script and selecting "Download Inputs Template" from the dropdown menu
